The cold rolling plant has specially set up an environmental protection promotion team to promote environmental protection through the project system, taking acid consumption and emission reduction, wastewater discharge, natural gas and electricity as the main breakthrough points, optimizing the pickling model, improving process methods, strengthening daily inspection, implementing equipment transformation, and making confirmation records for each shift of the revised operating parameters of environmental protection equipment to ensure the effective operation of environmental protection equipment. At the same time, the environmental protection promotion team shall confirm and analyze the recorded parameters in real time, control the operation status of environmental protection equipment in real time, and timely find problems and maintain them.
Through the efforts of the Environmental Protection Promotion Group for half a year, not only the emissions and production costs have been reduced, but also a number of management systems have been formed, which has established an effective mechanism for the continuous promotion of environmental protection. At the same time, the environmental protection promotion team also summarized 11 reasonable suggestions for cost reduction, emission reduction and environmental improvement, including Reducing the Amount of Chromium containing Sludge by Reducing the Circulating Water Makeup Valve of No. 1 Brushing Machine and Reducing Wastewater Discharge by Optimizing the Backwater System of the Pickling Section, which provided strong technical support for building a green stainless steel enterprise.
